Hello!

My name is Jessi Kerber! 

So glad you are here <3

I’ve been capturing moments through photography since 2012, discovering my natural talent for it when my nephew was born 13 years ago. From that point, my photography business grew and flourished! I’m a true people person, and while I would describe myself as very extroverted… I am at my happiest when I’m at home with my family. I am married to my best friend Kelly, and together we have been creating a wonderful life together for 16 years. We have two beautiful kids, James (age 5) and Kori (age 3)! I would say my life took a transformative shift when my son James was diagnosed with autism in 2021. This experience has ignited my passion for advocating for autism awareness and acceptance, not just for my son, but for others like him. My goal is to make the world more inclusive and compassionate toward the differences in neurotypes. Autism is often misunderstood unless you experience it firsthand, and I’m dedicated to helping others gain a better understanding and embrace these differences.

So I combined my two passions together and created an annual series of mini photography sessions called “Uniquely YOU,” held each April during Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month. These sessions are designed specifically for families with disabilities, ensuring that their photoshoot experience is easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. I focus on capturing children doing what they love, in a place that makes them happy, without the pressure to “look at the camera.” Instead, I aim to capture the genuine joy and spontaneity of the moment. For me, every photo should reflect that natural happiness. My goal is always to make family photo sessions a fun, relaxing experience, and I strive to bring that sense of calm and joy to every shoot I do.

Without the love and support of my family and friends, I would not be where I am today. I am beyond thankful for everyone who has believed in me and supported me. It is a true blessing to be able to have clients trust me in capturing some of their most special, happy moments and it would be a privilege to be able to capture yours too!
